Modern vehicles are full of control modules that do not tolerate a voltage spike. Reversed clamps or a cheap booster on a lithium-supported start-stop system can cost far more than the tow would have. Our technicians use regulated professional equipment and know where the manufacturer put the jump terminals when the battery is under a seat or in the trunk.
We will also tell you the truth about what happened. If the battery takes the boost and holds, you are on your way. If the alternator is the real problem, a jump only buys you a few miles — and we would rather tow you to a shop than watch you die again on the freeway.

Can a jumpstart damage my car?
Done wrong, yes — reversed polarity or an unregulated boost can take out control modules on a modern vehicle. That is exactly why we use professional regulated equipment rather than jumper cables and a hope.
Do you jumpstart diesel and commercial vehicles?
Yes. Larger diesels and dual-battery commercial setups need considerably more cranking power than a consumer jump pack delivers, and our trucks carry it.
The car started but died again. What now?
That usually points at the alternator or a parasitic drain rather than the battery. At that point a tow to a shop is the cheaper outcome, and we can do it on the same call.
Can you reach me in an underground parking garage?
