We roll
The dispatcher sends the truck that matches the problem and gives you a realistic ETA.
Fixed or towed
We solve it on the shoulder if it can be solved there. If not, you and the vehicle go where you need to be.

Are you really open at 3am?
Yes — 24 hours a day, seven days a week, holidays included. Overnight is when a large share of our calls come in.
How quickly will someone reach me?
Typically about 30 minutes within our service area. Bridge traffic, weather and heavy-recovery equipment can extend that, and the dispatcher will give you a straight answer rather than a hopeful one.
What should I do while I wait on the freeway?
Stay in the vehicle with your seatbelt on, doors locked and hazards flashing. Standing on a freeway shoulder is far more dangerous than sitting inside the car.
Do you deliver fuel?
Yes, petrol or diesel — enough to get you to a station. We do not fill the tank at the roadside.
